BRIEF: Create a balance between striking architectural elements and a comfortable interior to deliver a development that makes a design statement on the beachfront location.

OUTCOME: Delivered a thoughtfully balanced mix media exterior with the use of tilt up concrete panels, Colorbond Longline cladding, and Corten steel. The interior boasts sleek concrete flooring, classic Carrara marble, rich charcoal joinery and matt black finishes resulting in a strong, monochromatic, sophisticated scheme softened with natural timber.
